Cancellation Charges
A charge equivalent to the deposit for 1 nights accommodation will be made for bookings cancelled more than 7 nights prior to the date of arrival.
A charge equivalent to the deposit for 2 nights accommodation will be made for bookings cancelled less than 7 nights prior to the date of arrival.
To reduce cancellation charges we will endeavour to re-let bedrooms
All breakages and damage must be paid for
There is a £5 charge to replace lost room keys
